The No Doubt singer was joined by her furry companion, a Pomeranian dog called Megan! Gwen and cute Megan were attending a beach birthday party in Marina Del Rey.The super-star looked after the dog and at one point tied it to the beach chair she was sitting in. Gwen then took her adorable furry friend for a walk on the beach as well as having some water to rehydrate from the hot weather.
