Showing off his huge arms and flat stomach he smiled and joked with the slim brunette who wore a summery green top and skirt over a black bikini. Penn, sporting some blue stripy board shorts, helped her on to the jet ski and then sped off with her, with another male friend steering the way. Penn also supported her behind as they raced across the Pacific Ocean! They looked in great spirits as they walked on the beach together celebrating the Fourth of July Independence Day Holiday.
